Stephen Esposito
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen Esposito serves as Chief Operating Officer of ICBD, bringing more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and operating businesses across healthcare, financial services, and technology. He is known for combining founder-level entrepreneurship with disciplined, large-scale operational leadership — having built companies from the ground up, sold to a Fortune 500 acquirer, and run national operations inside one.
Prior to joining ICBD, Stephen was the founder and managing principal of SPO Capital Investments, a private investment firm with holdings and advisory engagements across healthcare services and technology, including eyecare, dental, direct primary care, and workforce technology ventures. Earlier, he founded Drivers History Inc., a national data and analytics company serving the insurance industry, which he grew and sold to TransUnion. Following the acquisition, he served in a senior operating role at TransUnion, where he led national insurance operations and integrated the acquired business at enterprise scale.
Stephen began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen, a foundation that shaped his data-driven approach to operations, financial discipline, and growth. His background spans P&L leadership, M&A and post-acquisition integration, revenue cycle and payer dynamics, and building the operational infrastructure that lets high-growth companies scale without breaking.
Stephen holds a J.D. and LL.M. in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, and a B.B.A. in Public Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. An avid golfer and amateur race car driver, Stephen lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
