RYAN LINDGREN, MBA

Ryan Lindgren currently serves ICBD as Chief Growth Officer, mainly responsible for developing new clinic locations for ABA Centers, our autism care provider, and facilities for other business entities served by ICBD Holdings. Since he started with ICBD in 2023, Mr. Lindgren has led our ABA clinic growth and real-estate efforts with precisely the kind of momentum and attention to detail that our company requires for success.

Mr. Lindgren and his specialized Growth Department have led the charge for the company’s rocket-like increase in locations from 8 clinics in 3 states to more than 50 markets in 12 states, with more to come! As a result, ABA Centers currently serves more than 1,000 kids with autism and employs more than 2,000 team members.

Recognized in his field as a top-caliber real estate and business development executive, Mr. Lindgren previously worked with five other companies where he drove double-digit growth rates for many years in a row (from smaller, founder-led startups to billion-dollar companies). He spearheaded the strategy that doubled Dunkin’ Brands franchises, generating $700M in franchise revenue.

With a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business in New York, Mr. Lindgren is thrilled to be able to use his skills and talent to help improve the lives of so many families.
