Eric Foust
Chief Compliance Officer
Eric Foust is known for combining operational rigor with strategic vision—building healthcare organizations from the ground up, transforming struggling operations into market leaders, and scaling complex revenue and regulatory functions across enterprise systems. He brings nearly 30 years of healthcare leadership experience to his dual role as Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Payor Relations and Contracting at ICBD.
Eric began his healthcare career at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Cleveland Clinic Florida, where he developed deep expertise in clinical operations, payor relationships, and healthcare’s regulatory landscape. This foundation shaped his data-driven, systems-based approach to operational excellence. He progressed through increasingly complex roles at HealthSouth Corporation and Priority Ambulance, expanding his expertise across sports medicine, outpatient therapy, and emergency medical services.
His transformational impact accelerated in his next phase. At Benchmark Medical, he served as Vice President of Operations, turning around the organization and building it into the third-largest provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in the U.S. He then joined Integra Connect Revenue Cycle Solutions as President of the EMS Division, where he applied LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to revolutionize revenue cycle operations. Under his leadership, Integra Connect became the largest EMS RCM company globally, processing over 5 million transactions annually and managing $4 billion in revenue—demonstrating his ability to scale operations while maintaining compliance and regulatory rigor. At AMR, as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management, he continued this track record, significantly reducing Days Sales Outstanding and costs while enhancing cash flow.
Eric joined ICBD in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Payor Relations and Contracting, bringing strategic focus to healthcare’s most complex revenue and compliance challenges. In 2026, he was named Chief Compliance Officer, leading a comprehensive, enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program spanning Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, Primary Care, Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), and Revenue Cycle Services—reporting directly to the CEO. His deep background in payor operations, revenue cycle management, and regulatory environments makes him exceptionally well-suited to build world-class compliance infrastructure as ICBD scales.
Eric holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University, where he was a Joseph F. Silver Fellowship recipient for oncology research at the Cleveland Clinic.
